Economy Down, Waistlines up?
I wonder if this new down turn of the economy will change the way people feel about their weight? If your bottom line is shrinking will that eventually mean your bottom may be soon to follow? Will people use these times to cut back and cut out the things they don't need? I started feeling as if this may be the best time in the past fourteen years of being in the fitness industry to work on waistlines. I know in the past trends have driven the market, Tae Bo, Turbo Kick and Windsor Pilate's have cornered the home fitness market and fit people everywhere raved about being in PX-90 shape but what about now? People who are finding themselves out of work and low on cash may have to be a bit more creative. Cutting costs on going out to eat and competing with younger healthier job applicants may be just what the fitness world needed. Necessity is still the mother of invention. So what's out there right now for heavy folks who need to lighten up? Where are the "just the basics" type of programs? Who is really working on things that give people the place to start and get in shape? I am ... I am ... I am.... I worked hard on creating a e-book with "just the basics" information the things everyone needs to know. Cheap and easy I also provided the fit kit -the equipment with a basic approach to go from couch potato to regular exerciser. You can use the equipment anywhere and the book shows you all the exercises you need to know to do a variety of workouts. I also put together four dvd's that go with it... So what do you think? What is out there for the basic user that I don't know about! I want to also know what you think works...In good health,Jolene
