Is it really that simple?

I saw this on Leigh Peele's web site at avidityfitness.com and I had to write about it. I am there right now in the midst of banging my head and wondering where time and money went chasing anything with a promise and a potential of weight loss. (yes, even trainers chase the ghost of promises) I am training and doing this crazy concept.. I know ... way out there... eating a specific number of calories and lifting weights three days a week. No, I am not doing cardio and that has been tough but seeing my muscles and feeling like things are shrinking (not as much as I would like) I have realized two things : First, I didn't lift heavy, I lifted often! I didn't just do cardio I would be on the treadmill or bike for hours mindlessly counting mintues and planning on the additional calories.Second I tried to eat on merit -one day doing well - the next day not. I would say things like "since I worked out I can eat more." "Or I am going to eat this because I will work out." Now my approach is simple : I do the work, I eat the right foods and I don't deviate at all.The result has been crazy I am losing weight, feeling good and really making my goals acheivable. Although this is a funny skit-Yes, It really is that simple. I dare you to try it for three months if it doesn't work I will give you money... You committ- tell me the amount you want, and if you don't loose weight following this simple step I will give you that amount.(must be reasonable) * You have to start somewhere I plan to write about this killer test I just took simple and cheap could change alot for many of you guessing what you should loose. Stay tuned.* Must currently be a client to recieve this benefit.
